HIH-F620L is a device which mainly USES high speed operation of milling cutter to separate multi-piece PCB board according to the pre-edited path, replacing cutting defects of manual breaking, C-cut or PUSH, improving product quality and reducing scrap rate. The machine adopts human-machine interface.

       Windows7 operating system, simple and humanized interface design, automatic cutting path correction system, high-pixel CCD program production and block program and one-step program editing and modification, PCB automatic loading and unloading device that interacts with two platforms can effectively reduce the machine opening time, so as to achieve ideal production efficiency. Equipped with high pixel CCD zoom lens, auxiliary program teaching and editing functions, higher accuracy and clearer image. Automatic MARK point positioning correction system, mobiles path has treasure display and mold setting route tracking, the display is clear, automatic opposite correction function, cutting accuracy is higher.

        2.自動MARK點定位校正係統，移動路徑有寶時顯示和模凝路線跟蹤，顯示一目了然，自動對立校正功能，切割精度更高。
        3.程式的左右工作台複製、區塊複製、陣列、多角度連接板複製、單步修改功能。區塊編輯修改功能精準簡化了程式製作的時間，提高了編程效率。
        4.大功率進口風機製作的吸塵器和10V的高電壓靜電消除裝置，吸塵效果更佳的理想，噪聲更小。
        5.刀具壽命檢測，銑刀切割一業距離後會自動上升和下降至另一段為切割的刀刃位置，上下距離及次數可根據刀刃長度設定，以延長其壽命。
        6.透明的安全設計，使加工過程一目了然，開門有急停和減速50%運行的兩種方式供不同的客戶選擇。急停是防止加工的意外，提供一個安全檢查的操作環境。在做程式的時候方便編程人員對加工過程的監視。
